No great soul searching posts today... I just had too much fun to think about heavy stuff!

  3. Spinach
  4. Broccoli
  5. Carrots
  6. Green onions
  7. Chard
  8. Garlic Scapes
  9. Sugar Snap Peas
  10. Basil
  11. Sage
  12. 12 Farm Fresh Eggs
In addition, we picked up:

  3. 1 pint of black raspberries
  4. 1 quart of strawberries
  5. 6 Honey Crisp Apples
  6. 1 tomato
  7. 2 pound pork tenderloin
  8. 1 quart cherries
  9. 6 pork chops
The Strawberries didn't make it too far...

And, after a trip to Fair Oaks Farm, we picked up:
  1. Habenero Havarti Cheese
  2. Smoked Gouda
  3. Mozzarella
  4. 6 year aged Cheddar Cheese
  5. Sweet Swiss Cheese
People think Kathy and I are nuts about this Fair Oaks Farm Place.  We probably drive the 60 miles every two months to take advantage of their absolutely delicious cheeses.  While they are not artisanal, they are very good for using in cooking, on panninis and on sandwiches.  They make the cheeses in an area adjacent to their shop, where they also make a killer ice cream they sell only at the farm itself.  There is a Parmesan encrusted pannini with either Cheddar, Sweet Swiss, or Habenero Havarti that is to die for.  We could get the cheese and milk here in the city, but we are addicted to the ice cream and panninis.  After today, Danika, Ilene, and Savva have a little understanding of why we like it so much.  Check it out at Fair Oaks Farm.

You would think that we had bought enough, wouldn't you?  Nope... there are five things on our shopping list already!
